Introduction

License Grant

• Transfer and Redistribution: You may not transfer, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Application.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Application and any associated documentation are owned by Callsmaster Services LLP or its licensors. Rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by either you or Callsmaster Services LLP. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Callsmaster Services LLP if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Callsmaster Services LLP hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the Application, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability, of satisfactory quality, of fitness for a particular purpose, of accuracy, and of non-infringement of third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Callsmaster Services LLP be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, for loss of data, for business interruption, or for any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Application or the provision of or failure to provide support services.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Callsmaster Services LLP is established, excluding its conflicts of law rules.

Severability

If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, the remainder of this EULA shall continue in full force and effect.

Complete Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Callsmaster Services LLP relating to the Application and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.

Changes to this EULA

Callsmaster Services LLP reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time and without prior notice. You are encouraged to review this EULA periodically.

Support and Maintenance

You acknowledge that when using InstaGet, you may be exposed to content from various sources. Callsmaster Services LLP is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such content. You are responsible for and assume all risks associated with the use of any content, including any reliance on its accuracy or completeness.

User Conduct

You agree not to use InstaGet in any way that:

• Violates any national or international law or regulation.

• Is unlawful or promotes unlawful activities.

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

• Involves the unauthorized downloading or distribution of content.

Data Collection

Indemnification

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Application. For instance, if you download the Application from the Apple App Store, you must comply with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide Callsmaster Services LLP with any feedback or suggestions regarding the Application, you hereby assign to Callsmaster Services LLP all rights in the feedback and agree that Callsmaster Services LLP shall have the right to use such feedback and related information in any manner it deems appropriate.
